Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic beverage made with strawberries, mint, and lemon, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, mint leaves, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
- Add the water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and strawberry slices if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- This drink can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
