- 1 cup hummus

- Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pita breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on each pita.
- Top with chopped artichokes and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and parsley over the top.
- If using, add crumbled feta cheese.
