Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pita breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each pita.
  4. Top with chopped artichokes and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle fresh basil and parsley over the top.
