Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and ricotta cheese, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on one slice of bread.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread, cheese side down.
  6. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
