Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
