- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuits before serving.
