- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and color.
