Description

Sweet Chili Chicken and Pineapple Skewers are a delicious and vibrant dish that combines tender chicken with juicy pineapple, all coated in a sweet and spicy chili sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
