Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a lined baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil on the dough and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sliced pears evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola and chopped walnuts on top.

- Finish by drizzling honey over the top before serving.
