Taco Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make party snack that combines the flavors of tacos in a fun, bite-sized format.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef or turkey, and taco seasoning until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more vegetables.
- These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
