Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef or turkey, and taco seasoning until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
