Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Mint chutney for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it in the sub rolls.
- Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices to the subs.
- Drizzle with mint chutney before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
- Serve with extra mint chutney on the side.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like onions or bell peppers.
