Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and place it in the sub rolls.
  7. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices to the subs.
  8. Drizzle with mint chutney before serving.

  • For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
