Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and pour teriyaki sauce over it.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
