  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  7. Place a basil leaf on each wrapper, add a spoonful of the beef mixture, and roll tightly.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
