A quick and delicious Korean beef bowl perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and return the beef to the skillet.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the beef.
- Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated for quick meals.
