- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz white rum
- Club soda
- Ice
- Mint sprigs and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice to release the mint’s flavor.
- Add the mango puree and white rum to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedges.

Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add more club soda.
