Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh mango puree
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • Mint sprigs and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice to release the mint’s flavor.
  2. Add the mango puree and white rum to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
