Description

A delicious and comforting Turkey & Cranberry Panini that combines savory turkey with sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
  • 1 slice of Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes
