- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tzatziki sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with extra tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
