A delicious and healthy dessert made with layers of yogurt, fresh winter berries, and granola.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed winter berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed winter berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any seasonal berries available.
- For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
- Granola can be replaced with nuts or seeds for added crunch.
