Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut in the cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the zucchini, cheddar, and chives.
- Whisk together the milk and egg, then pour into the dry ingredients.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Pat the dough into a circle about 1 inch thick and cut into wedges.
- Place pieces on the baking sheet, ensuring some space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
