Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and honey. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  8. Remove from liners and enjoy!
